About Me
My name is Ryan Ciganek and I am a licensed mental health therapist offering relationally based therapy in the heart of Everett, Washington to help address the challenges that come with living life. I am passionate about what I do because there is nothing more magical than the collaborative work of growing as a person.
I am originally from Chicago and have made Western Washington my home over more than a decade.
I make music. I camp and fly-fish. I am a fiber artist and photographer. And I am always looking for something new to learn.

I approach therapy with a personal, depth-focused lens. Meeting you where you are, considering the context of your life, and imagining together what fullness and health look like for you all guide our work.
I believe the relationship that we develop gives us the ground to do these things.
We meet here at the place where the past, present, and future intersect. All of these things are worth caring for.
